Martinsburg-Berkeley County Parks & Recreation 273 Woodbury Ave. Martinsburg, WV  25404 Our offices are in the Berkeley 2000 Recreation Center in Lambert Park.  Normal business hours are 9-5, Monday through Friday. The mission of the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Parks & Recreation Board is to provide a wide range of recreational and leisure opportunities through programs, services, and public facilities for all residents of the City of Martinsburg and Berkeley County for all ages and to work cooperatively with state, county, and city governments and organizations to promote recreation and open space development.
